Dr. Omer graduated from Allama Iqbal Medical College, Lahore. He is a Fellow of Royal College of Surgeons and Fellow College of Physicians Surgeons, Pakistan, and is currently working as Consultant Vascular Surgeon ,Shifa International Hospitals Ltd, Islamabad.
