Company Overview:
eShifa (SIHT Pvt. Ltd.) is the leading home healthcare services provider, offering comprehensive health services to patients in major cities across Pakistan.
SIHT (Private) Limited (“the Company”) was incorporated in Pakistan on December 16, 2019, as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2017.
The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shifa Foundation.
Project Objectives:
eShifa is seeking a partner to redesign and develop the iOS and Android Apps and the corporate website, enhancing user experience, integrating online service booking, payment gateways, and additional user engagement features, etc.
- Highlight eShifa’s home health services and expertise
- Integrate online booking and payment systems for home health services.
- Develop a blog section for health-related articles, news, and multimedia content
- Add user engagement features in the apps including a loyalty program
- Integration with Shifa International Hospital’s EMR, for easy access to medical records for our patients and their families
- HR – Careers Portal Development
Scope of Work:
Redesign the Apps (iOS / Android) and Website

Mobile Development

Online Booking and Payment Gateways Integration

- Develop a booking system for home health service
- Integrate secure payment local gateways for debit and Credit cards, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, etc.
Blog / Multimedia Section

- Create a blog for health-related articles
- Enable content management between website and apps through the combined dashboard
Integration with internal EMR

- Patient view dashboard
- Patients/authorized family members on behalf of the patient to be able to:
- Access the medical history of the patient, labs, lab trends, and progress notes
- Access basic examination details such as tracking vital signs
- Be able to interact with the doctors of eShifa through the app for non-urgent queries

- Notifications on the app to remind patients of a lab test that is due (Scheduled in Shifa Hospital’s EMR)

HR Portal (Website only)

- Current Job Openings: An easy-to-navigate job board with filtering options by department, location, or job type (e.g., nursing, administrative, IT)
- HR Support: Contact information for HR representatives, chat options, or queries related to HR
- Recognition Programs: Information about employee recognition programs like “Employee of the Month” or service awards
Patient Feedback section

- Prominently displayed QR code on the website and button on the app linking the form
- communication of data from the same in the backend CMS
Technical Requirements

- Native Android and iOS app development, open source development for the website
- Payment gateways: Local bank gateway for credit and debit cards, EasyPaisa, Jazzcash etc.
- Security: SSL certificate, secure data storage
